Stories

These links tell the stories of some of our ancestors and the times in which they lived.
We decided to start with our ancestor who either was the first one arriving in America or the earliest confirmed ancestor.
The stories are by no means a complete biography nor a complete genealogy. They are just the information we have and written by us, the non-professionals.
Take a read and let us know what you think.

This portion of our website is dedicated to all generations.

But particularly to those who endured the hardships in making America the nation it is today. So, this is

  • dedicated to the young families bravely crossing the Atlantic to make a new home in the New World

  • dedicated to the men and women who left the established farms in Pennsylvania, Maryland, Virginia, Vermont, New Hampshire and Ohio to create new farmlands in Missouri, Illinois, Kansas, Wisconsin, and Texas

  • dedicated to those rugged individuals who braved droughts, hail storms, blizzards, fevers, tornados, rattlesnakes, Indian attacks and just plain bad luck to create and maintain homes in Texas and Wisconsin

This part of the website is for all of our ancestors whose lives were lived in more rugged times.
